Restaurant review: Floom Floom in TST – tranquil cafe serves great-value Japanese

With wooden tables and tatami seating on a wooden platform, new upstairs cafe Floom Floom in Tsim Sha Tsui exudes tranquillity and relaxation.
The cafe is opened by a local designer who studied in Japan, where he spent a lot time relaxing in such establishments.
With a focus on health, the dishes incorporate ingredients such as tofu, avocado and beetroot. The menu is changed every month to make use of seasonal ingredients.

We ordered the yuzu pepper grilled chicken and shrimp salad (HK$88)….
