- 不要接受你沒有訂購的包裹，但是送貨人聲稱包裹是公寓的。
- 不要打開公寓門讓其他人進入公寓，居民有權拒絕任何人進入公寓，甚至警察（火災等緊急情況除外）。
- 任何通訊需要公寓资料时，請禮貌地問他們的聯繫方式，並傳遞給我們核實和處理。
- 不要將任何個人資料（如姓名，身份證號碼，簽證號碼，電話號碼等）告知任何不必要的人。
- 我們尊重隱私，只有在要求維修或定期清潔的情況下才會進入公寓，每當我們進入公寓，我們都會盡力讓每一位住客知道。

Thank you for staying with us! there are some safety precautions reminders when you are in the apartment:
- Do not accept any parcel you did not order but the delivery person claimed that the parcel is for the apartment.
- Do not open apartment door for other persons to get into the apartment, residents have the right to refuse / reject anyone to enter the apartment, even the police (except emergency such as fire).
- Any communications require apartment information please politely ask the person leave their contact details and pass to us to verify and handle.
- Do not communicate any personal details (Like your name, HKID no., Visa No. Telephone no. etc) to anyone that is unnecessary.
- We do respect privacy and we will only enter the apartment when there is requested repair or scheduled cleaning, and whenever we entered the apartment we will try our best to let every resident know in advanced.
